ICONIP2006 Accommodation Information
There are plenty of hotels with a wide range of prices in Hong Kong to choose from. You are welcome to use the following hotel lists or search the Internet when booking your accommodation. The prices quoted on these lists are for REFERENCE ONLY. Please check with the hotel directly for information on the price and availability.
The Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre is in Wan Chai on the Hong Kong island. A map of the area can be found <here>.
At this time, we have two designated hotels (and more may come):
- Miramar Hotel, Kowloon (30 mins by public transportation) [ Reservation Form ]
- Shangri-La Hotel, Kowloon (30 mins by public transportation) [ Link | Upgrade Reservation Form ]
- Grand Hyatt Hotel (next to HKCEC), HKD $2,000 per room per night. [ Reservation Form ]
- Renaissance Harbour View Hotel (next to HKCEC), HKD $1,900 per room per night.
- Harbour View International House (close to HKCEC), HKD $650 - $750 per room per night. [ Reservation Form ]
- Kowloon Hotel (25 mins by public transportation), HKD $950 - $1,400 per room per night. [ Reservation Form ]
For the Shangri-La Hotel, a Group Code: INT021006 has been assigned to ICONIP2006. Booking of the lowest-price category (i.e. the Superior City Room) can be made directly on the web by following this <link>, where the Group Code INT021006 has already been pre-selected for you.
After clicking on this link, you have to select the appropriate Shangri-La hotel and enter all the necessary stay requirements like check-in/check-out date, number of rooms, etc. Then, click the Check Availability button to continue.
If you prefer better room categories, you have to complete the attached reservation form (RESVFORM-ICONIP.pdf) and send it to the hotel directly.
